DesiToolz provides 100% free web-based utility software designed to facilitate document conversions (PDF merge, clean PDF formatting), image manipulation (compression, conversion, resizing), data formatting (CSV to Excel, JSON to CSV), and developer utilities.

No Account Required: Services are available without mandatory sign-up, user registration, or subscription fees.

Financing Through Advertising: To maintain the infrastructure and offer unlimited usage at zero charge, the Service displays non-intrusive advertisements managed through digital advertising networks, including Google AdSense.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security features, API rate limits, or advertising containers.
• Deploy automated scrapers, malicious bots, or DDoS attacks designed to impair platform availability.
